Today I'm sharing a simple gift wrap idea. This is a gift for my 15 year old sister Victoria. Every year she changes her nickname. Last year she wanted us to call her 'Tori' and now she's 'Vick' She dislikes 'Vicky';)

I don't like to spend to much time on wrapping gifts intricately, because I really like to focus on the Reason for the Season. 

With that said, I wanted to still make something simple yet nice to have under the tree. 

This is where my Teresa Collins eBosser came into play! 

I cut a very intricate Cheery Lynn Doily die out of glitter gold chipboard. If there is one thing my sister likes, is GLITTER. 

And look at the amazing cut! I only used a metal die on CHIPBOARD an 1 pass made this little doily happen! The force of the Teresa Collins eBosser is unlike any other machine!

Simple, but cute!

Gender Reveal Party!

It's Party Season! Well, at least around my neck of the woods... and speaking of woods, I recently decorated for my good friend Marleny Wood, as she was having a gender reveal party! 

She enlisted my help to decorate the shindig, and she took over the food. The entire thing was a lot of work, but turned out to be really fun, and we really did a good job at putting it together, considering we were both planning over email and phone. The party was fun, and we all found out the gender of baby Wood!

As always, I used my eBosser for the party decor, it is seriously my go to craft item!

Utilized my eBosser to emboss the flags of the centerpiece banner. Love the honeycomb pattern!

We had a 'guess the gender' straws for party guest. I simply cut mustaches and hairbows out of cardstock and glued them on paper straws. It was really fun!

Marleny did amazing at filling the table! There is totally an art to that!

I used paper doilies, scrapbook paper and twine to create the wall decor. Very easy, but  added a lot of punch!

It was a BOY! and I knew it all along (not really, but had that intuition!) and the party was a hit! Marleny and her husband were shocked! She could have sworn it was a girl, but I guess that's the fun of a gender reveal party!

Halloween Decor

I'm in the process of shifting things up here on the blog, but until then, I wanted to drop by and post pictures of my Halloween mantle. 

I absolutely LOVE Halloween! It is my favorite holiday to decorate for! 

This year, I utilized the Teresa Collins 'Masquerade Party' paper collection and my eBosser along with Teresa Collins' embossing folders, 'Stardust' and 'In Time'

Here are some pictures of my projects: 

I used the eBosser to emboss my banner flags in 'stardust' pattern. It is subtle but makes such a difference and adds texture!

Using the 'In time' embossing folder, I embossed a white piece of paper and stuck on a dollar store frame. Then I used Teresa Collins' chipboard pieces from her 'Masquerade Party' collection to add the words, numbers and frame. It's simple but very classy and playful!
